How do I make a payment for Brain in Hand? What should I do if I have a question about my invoice?

For monthly private pay users:

We prefer payments to be made via Stripe.
A link to Stripe will be included in your first invoice — simply click it to set up your monthly subscription.

You don’t need to provide a Purchase Order (PO).
However, if your organisation requires a PO number on invoices, please include it when you submit your purchase request.
Our monthly invoices are automated, so the same PO number will appear on each invoice.

For annual private pay users or organisation purchases:

Payments can be made via BACs using the bank details provided on our invoices, or via PayPal using the link provided to enable credit/debit card payments.
