How can I change preferences for on-demand support (phone app and web account)?

You can use the steps below to update your preferred contact method for on-demand support. This won't affect how we contact you for other purposes, such as managing your account, licence, or providing technical support if needed: 


In the Android mobile app:

  • Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left corner
  • Select Settings
  • In the On-demand Support section, tap Contact method and choose Phone or Text Message


In the iOS mobile app:

  • Tap the Account icon (top right) to open the Account menu
  • Select Settings
  • Tap Contact method and choose Phone or Text Message


In the web app:

  • Tap the Account icon (top right), then select Manage Account
  • In the Account Details tab, go to the Account Details section
  • Update your Preferred contact method for when you check-in as 'Things are hard' or 'Something's off' three times)
