How do I edit my solution packs?

You can edit your own custom solution packs to keep them working well for you. You might want to update the name, change the colour, or reorder the solutions so your most useful ones are easier to find.

Here’s how to make those changes.

How do I rename a solution pack or change its colour?

1. Open the solution pack you want to edit.
2. Use the ‘More’ menu in the top right and choose ‘Edit solution pack’.
3. From here, you can change the name of the pack or choose a new colour.
4. Select ‘Done’ to save your changes.

How do I change the order of the solutions in a pack?

1. Open the solution pack you want to edit.
2. Use the ‘More’ menu in the top right and choose ‘Edit solution pack’.
3. You’ll see a double horizontal line next to each solution. Press, hold and drag this to move the solution into a new position.
4. Select ‘Done’ to save your changes.

How do I quickly move a solution to the top?

From the main solution pack view, press and hold any solution, then choose ‘Send to the top’. This instantly moves the solution to the first position in your pack.

How do I edit the solutions in my pack?

1. Open the solution pack you want to edit.
2. Press and hold on the solution you want to edit, then choose ‘Edit solution’
3. This will bring up a page where you can edit the title, link and descriptions of your solution.

How do I remove solutions from a pack? 

NB: For your own solution packs only 

1. Open the solution pack you want to edit. 
2. Press and hold on the solution you want to remove, then choose ‘Remove solution’. 
3. This will remove the solution from this pack only. You’ll still be able to find it in the solutions library and any other solution packs.  

How do I delete a solution? 

NB: For your own solutions only. This will permanently delete a solution from all packs and events you’ve added it to.  

1. Open the solution pack you want to edit. 
2. Press and hold on the solution you want to delete, then choose ‘Delete solution’ 
3. You’ll be asked if you want to permanently delete it and you’ll be able to see where else it will be deleted from. If you’re happy to delete it choose ‘Delete solution’. If you no longer want to delete it, then choose ‘Cancel’.
